184 new market rate apartments are now becoming available for lease

 The new North River Apartments are being leased out a people are moving in. They call it "La Via" now. I thought that the units I saw were fairly sophisticated and sweet. Very efficient use of square footage. Love the tall ceilings.

Lafferty Ranch is a very special place for a hike

 I knew that Lafferty Ranch was going to be a special place for Petaluma to access as a public park. But it turns out that it is even better than expected. Petaluma is planning to build at least 1,910 new housing units over the course of the next 8 years. It's in our new Housing Element for the updated General Plan.
